The ideal candidates must multi-task effectively and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Check in guests, Check out guests, answer phones and take reservations Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies.
Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service-oriented manner.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards).
Comply at all times with hotels standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
Follow safety and emergency procedures according to Hotel standards.
Perform any other duties as requested by the Guest Services Manager or any other member of management.
Extensive Knowledge of all Hotel Procedures is Plus but not required We are looking for afternoon shift(3:
00 PM to 11:
00 PM).
Must work Weekend and Hoildays.
