We are looking to to hire friendly, efficient professional to join our team.
Days/Shifts can be flexible.
Job function to provide a positive overall Guest experience for our Hotel Guests.
Responsibilities include:
-Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
Promptly and effectively deal with guest complaints and requests.
-Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
- Make, confirm and cancel reservations for guests.
-Follow all Company and enforce all Marriott policies -Greet and assist all guests in a friendly and warm manner.
-Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
To assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all Guest Service-related functions and to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
Other responsibilities as needed.
Customer Service Experience a must.
Previous Fosse Experience a plus.
