1 year of telephone and computer experience is preferred but not a Must.
Responsibilities include answering telephone calls, helping with the caller's needs, and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals.
You will also be receiving and screening visitors at the front desk and contacting the person they wish to see.
Helping with clerical type tasks when telephones are not busy will also be part of this job.
Job is a full-time, 40 hour a week, Monday to Friday position.
Remote is not an option.
Good Attendance and Punctuality a Must.
Bi-Lingual is also a plus but not a necessity.
