Our security services are recognized and utilized by various Fortune 500 retailers and restaurants at sites spanning the Unites States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
Position Summary The Dispatch Coordinator is an integral part of our organization.
You establish the relationships that make the job cycle successful.
You do this by making first contact and establishing relationships with our vendors that are needed to provide security for our clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Communicate Effectively with Vendors, Managers and Clients through phone calls, email and documenting notes in computer system Keep Emails Organized Negotiating Pricing with Vendors when necessary Ensure vendor pricing is in line with our client budget Sourcing New Vendors when necessary Google search and other creative ways to find new vendors Check guards In/Out, Update arrival times and post into double systems Via phone, email and text Answer Phones and Group Line Help Co-Workers with Follow Ups (as needed) Cover Weekend Shift When Required QUALIFICATIONS Must work well in a team environment, be able to multi-task projects simultaneously and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Also must possess strong problem solving skills, be a self-starter and have a desire to succeed.
High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent phone skills One year of in-office
