Requirements:
You must be a Professional Window Tinter with Experience! This means being able to comfortably apply window tint to 3-6 full cars per workday.
You must have experience in tinting at least 100 vehicles within the past 2 years.
Window Tinter Expectations:
Must be able to tint Tesla Model 3 Rear Window (Single Piece) 2-Stage / Bottom Loading installers are welcome Full Sedan (Sides / Rear) install time should be within 1.
5-2hrs Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multi-task while doing quality work Maintain a clean and orderly work environment Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Must be a hard-working team player Interview Process:
Our Window tinting interview process consists of being able to tint 1x full sedan within 1.
5 - 2 hours.
We will then test your ability to shrink/install a few difficult rear windows.
Your attitude, performance, and expertise shown during the interviewing will all be factors in your hiring decision.
