We are looking for a AIDE in Suffolk County for our next addition to our rapidly growing team.
HHA/PCA/Caregiver Required:
Valid New York State HHA or PCA Certificate a must Driver's License and/or any 2 forms of ID Recent physical from your doctor The Job:
HHA/PCA personal care assistance Preparing meals if requested by the client Following the care plan provided by the agency which may include helping patient with daily functions such as dressing or taking bath Maintaining Daily Time-Sheets and reporting to nurses if there is a change in the patients' health status Scheduling doctors' appointments if requested by the client Hours of Job:
8 hours everyday
